Queenager, Kingager, Nextager – every generation brings their crown, their curiosity, their lifestyle and their ideas into play.
I'm not a best ager.
I'm certainly not a silver surfer – my surfing career ended in the North Sea when I wasn't even a silverback.
And “midlife crisis”? No thanks – I call it midlife curiosity.
As a Kingager ...
And yes – this attitude also works at work.
Especially as a companion and sparring partner, I do not only bring methods, models and processes with me.
I also bring life and leadership experience – and the ability to see systems as a whole. And I bring people together.
Because often it is not the lack of ideas that is the problem, but the art of using them at the right moment, in the right dosage and with the right instinct.
Experience, curiosity and humor – this is my way of giving companies more leeway and new perspectives.
The inspiration for this royal self-definition came from a wonderful post about Queenager. Thank you for the royal template - here is the (one) male variant.
Sometimes a system does not need the youngest knight - but an experienced king who knows when to draw the sword and when to build the bridge ... and the Queen completes everything.
