A system (team, organisation, larger unit) often shows through certain signals that it needs support. These signs can be subtle or obvious.
In the end, it is not the visible structures that keep a system running, but the invisible, the unspoken, the one between the lines. When we learn to see this too, we understand the true SOS – and this opens up the way to a transformation that lasts.
If one or more of these signs occur, it makes sense to pause and take a systemic look at them. With targeted interventions and a mindful analysis of the dynamics, a positive change can often be initiated.
